On-Site Food & Beverage
- Food and licensed beverage services are onsite and include full service catering.
- No outside food is permitted on site.
- Our caterer is available to sit down with you and discuss menu choices and costs.
Meal and Bar Service Policies
- All prices are on a per person basis.
- All meals are served buffet style, unless prior arrangements have been made, and requests can be accommodated.
- Buffet style – the meal is served in, not plated and served to the table.
- Our catering staff prepares for the confirmed number of guests.If you would like extra, please confirm extra numbers when booking.
- Please inform our catering staff in writing of dietary, allergic, or preference concerns at the time of booking. These can be accommodated, at additional cost.
- We require a 50% deposit to proceed, with the final payment due a week prior to the day of your function.
- Final numbers must be confirmed no later than one week (7 days) prior to the event. You will be charged for the last confirmed number, regardless if less people show up. (eg. If you confirm 100 and only 75 show up, you will be charged for 100).
- No outside food or beverage is allowed on site (with the exception of Wedding Cakes).
- Host Bars are subject to an 18% gratuity and 5% GST.
- If you, as the host, wish to supply your own liquor, a corkage fee of $10.00 per person – includes plastic glasses, mix, and ice, will apply.
- You will require your own liquor license, and liability insurance, in this case. In some cases, security personnel will be required, as well.
- Bartenders are $25.00 per hour. (All prices, please add GST)
- The bar will remain open until 2AM, guests are allowed to consume until 3AM.

- We, as Authentic Western Productions, have the largest assortment of Western Decor in Canada
- Everything from wagon wheels to town facades and more
- Will build to suit, if necessary
- Mobile décor service is also available for off-site functions.
